Managing Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a Joinery and partitioning company based close to Warrington .
The business has grown extensively in the past eight years and are now looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor with minimum of three to five years experience at that level to be the no.2 to the Commercial Director.
Works will include tendering through to final account with the role being office based with duties including site & client meetings & growing the experience of the two assistant QS’s .
The opportunity has first rate career prospects as this role is a pivotal one to the growth of the business and will lead to natural progression from commercial management and thereafter , to a board Director opportunity.
Long term contracts across the next five years within key partnership agreements with some of the major national main contractors mean, for the future growth of the business has been secured hence the platform is in place for the business to naturally become one of the market leaders hence, providing the successful individual, scope for unrivaled career opportunity
