Our client are a renowned regional construction consultancy who work on some exclusive projects with high end clients.
The role is for a Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:
* Valuations
* Variations
* Cost reporting
* Pre-construction procurement and tendering advice.
* Cost reporting
* Contract administration
* Checking Out Design
Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor role are:
* Minimum of 4 years experience
* Autonomously running projects
* Dealing with clients.
* MRICS or nearly chartered.
