Preconstruction Coordinator

My client is a leading Design & Build firm in its area and is looking for a Preconstruction Manager / Coordinator urgently.
They client focuses on the office fitout / Design & Build industry.
You will be assisting on all precon duties – projects (CAT A + CAT B) running from start to finish, including the tender phase, cost plans, quotes, client liaison, liaison with QS / Architects / Designers / any required parties and much more
The ideal candidate:
– Strong technical knowledge
– Have knowledge within Mechanical and Electrical
– Some experience within the Design & Build industry
– Can have background in Quantity Surveying / Estimating
– Extremely organised
– Strong communication skills
– Able to conduct site visits when required
