Senior Architectural Technologist

A practice of 20 who have a ‘national presence’ with 7 locations across the UK are going through another period of growth in Cardiff. They encompass architecture, interior design and visualisation to a big range of clients.

You will enjoy a variety of projects including commercial, hospitality and industrial as you take control of projects from stage 4 onwards. This role will see you communicating with the Senior Architect and client/ contractor, ‘coordinating design’ and finding solutions to any issues on site.

We are looking to hear from candidates who are experienced with REVIT and have taken schemes through to delivery. You will have a good understanding of how ‘building types will stand’ and be competent with tender documentation.
