Painter & Decorator Full Time
Painter & Decorator | Fylde Coast | Up to £27,000 per annum
Role Summary
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for all internal and external painting and decorating requirements. You will work across all the properties in the group.
Main Responsibilities
Internal/external painting and decorating
Undertake minor repair work and general maintenance activities
Use all relevant tools and equipment within safety guidelines
Erecting access equipment as required, with appropriate training and competency
Monitor decorating material stock, and reorder stock where necessary
Interpret and work from instructions, drawings, and specifications
About You
A qualified painter and decorator with at least five years’ experience
Be multiskilled to carry out other maintenance duties
Good Interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills
Hold a full UK driving licence, and confident driving a small van
