Sphere Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Site manager to start Immediately on a new build apartment project in Swansea. Please see below for more details;
Job – Site Manager
Duration – 12 Months
Rate – £270 to £300 per hour
Start Date – Immediate
We require an experienced site manager with a solid contracting background to assist our client with work on a development in Swansea. Work will be ongoing until end 2027 with major projects starting in between possibly offering future opportunities within the same company.
To be considered for the role you must have the following;
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid
