Project Manager and a Site Manager – based in Telford and Midlands area.
Project Manager and a Site Manager with must have experience in Internal Fit-out or Refurbishment. (Experienced in Partitions, Wall finishes, Suspended Ceilings, Joinery and Metsec)

Project Manager – Telford and Surrounding area
Within our expansion a new opportunity has been created for a Project Manager and a Site Manager in the continued development of a new sector with our organisation.
Delivering internal finishes to Residential schemes on a sub contract basis across the cities of the UK. With a secured work load this is an excellent opportunity to join and have influence within a growing sector offering further progression for an individual with an ambitious attitude.
Project Manager duties
Manage a team of Site Managers.
Work with Quantity Surveyors/ Estimator to deliver internal finishes on residential schemes Apartments, Distributions warehouses, offices, Student Accommodation etc.
Assist if possible or have an active part in recruitment in this developing team.
Experienced in fit-out including Partitions, Wall finishes, Suspended Ceilings, Joinery and Metsec. All preferable most essential.
2 days based in office 3 days based out on site or Site Manager based on Site
Capable of design and detail specification review.
Responsible for implementation and monitoring of health & safety systems.
Capable of client management and development.
Responsible for high quality above industry standard finish on which we insist.
Oversee material procurement and scheduling.
Manage 3 sites at any one time
Projects from £250k to £1m in value .
Plant requisition.
Management of Sub Contractors.
Reporting to director/ board level.
Manage drawing and information distribution both internal and external.
SMSTS, CSCS blue/black, First Aid 3 day, PASMA.
Would ideally suit a Project Manager and a Site Manager who has experience of managing Production staff, trades / Sub-contractors. i.e Roofing, Dry liners, Carpenters etc on Site on a number of different projects
