We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with Demolition experience to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: As a Demolition Project Manager with a background in demolition, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and successful completion of demolition projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and drive projects to success in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of demolition projects, from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry standards.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
• Manage procurement, subcontracting, and vendor relationships.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the demolition industry.
• Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, equipment, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
