Assistant Site Manager

Sphere Solutions recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager, you will have relevant previous site experience gained building residential new build homes. Using specified drawings and instructions, you’ll support the Site Manager with the entire construction cycle to ensure all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards. Based on site and reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll assist in managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material co-ordination, site presentation and handovers.

Required to be a qualified First Aider at Work and may have progressed from a trade background. You will hold a CSCS Card and SMSTS, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
