The client is happy to consider either an architectural technical or an architectural assistant with an excellent understanding of building regulations .
Essential skills
* 5+ years experience
* Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
* Strong construction knowledge including building regulations
* Good technical detailing skills
* Strong residential experience, one-off houses through to large-scale developments
In return
The salary on offer depends on experience, circa £28,000 – £38,000
