This scamming bustard Louis Marchant, called me pretending to me a letting agent and me being gullible, I believed him and gone out of my way on Saturday morning to do plumbing work for him, thinking its a new customer I will go over and beyond to impress him.
Job was done no problem, I emailed him the invoice and waited a week, not but no reply since. I picked up the phone and tried calling him but the bustard blocked my number. I retuned to the property to request payment from the tenant but the tenant didn’t want to pay and passed me on her agency phone number ( the real agency, Draker). I called them and they said Louis was paid the next day after i did the job.
I left him bad review on google, what else can I do.Be careful you lot as this scammer probably get others to help with his scam activities

I have been working with them for over 2 years and my payments get paid on time, always spot on.
They have a standard policy to Without contractors payment until any disputed work gets rectified but I guess this is standard practice in this industry let’s be honest with each other.
I read other bad reviews here but no one knows the other side of the story as to why those subcontractors weren’t paid, or did get pay at the end without sharing this information.
