Shopfitting / Interiors Estimator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a interiors /shopfitting estimator based in Hampshire working for a growing fit out and interiors contractor.
This company is currently experiencing a period of growth with a full order book well into end of 2025 and therefore seeking to take on an Estimator to join them in their busy small and friendly modern offices, projects range from independent retailers through to high end designer brands typically ranging in value from £50,000 to around £3million.
Ideally you will have at least 4 to 5 years experience within the shopfitting and/or interiors environment.
The successful Estimator will be responsible for;
– Tender Evaluation
– Obtaining Sub-contractor tenders
– Preparation of pricing
– Identifying sub-contractor requirements and assessing supplier and sub contract quotations for commercial adjudication
– Preparation of tenders for evaluation by the Commercial Director
