Technical Services Manager (M&E)

Technical Services Manager for award winning Design & Build office interior fit out business.
We are assisting a client with finding a mechanically bias TSM for their inhouse M&E Team. We are looking for preexisting TSMs or Mechanical Project Managers who currently work for an M&E subcontractor that would like to move into main contracting. This position is open to mechanically bias Project Managers with at least 5 years’ experience in a fit out contractor working on fast track Cat B / A / A+ projects (mechanical values £500K – £5M)
You will have exceptionally strong technical knowledge and ideally hold an HNC/D in Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
You will be responsible for projects from finalising the design of M&E systems to delivery on site and taking the M&E elements of the project through to final commissioning and handover. Your experience within a contractor will be called upon to manage the subcontractors design, cost and workability.
You will have excellent client management skills and will be required to handhold clients through the entirety of the lifecycle of the projects where needed.

Renumeration £70K – £90K + Bonus + Benefits
You must have the right to work in the UK and you must have relevant UK experience within D&B commercial interiors fit outs
