Package: To £55k + car allowance + benefits package
Location: Westminster
Company Overview: My client is a national, recognised main contractor. They undertake public sector contracts, specialising in the refurbishment of social housing.
Position: Due to a recent succession of bids, a need has arisen for a QS to work on a new framework they have secured in Westminster and manage 1-2 social housing refurbishment projects valued between £500k – £2.5 million.
This is a Project QS role reporting to a Commercial Manager.
Individual: You will ideally be qualified in quantity surveying and be looking to join a company that has a full order book, excellent reputation and prides themselves on staff retention. Previous refurbishment experience on public sector projects is preferred
