My client, a national construction company, are looking for a Project Manager and a Contracts Manager to manage their new build work portfolio. The schemes are national framework projects throughout the UK ranging from £750K to £3m.

You will come with new build experience, ideally in retail, but we will consider Senior SIte Managers / Project Managers with other new build experience such as schools, care homes and leisure schemes.

We are offering an excellent career path to work in this new special projects division. You will need to be prepared to work 5 days a week anywhere in the UK.

In return you will work for a very secure business along with a living away allowance circa (£5k per year), a food allowance and other benefits such as company car, pension and healthcare
