Hours: 40, must be flexible
Are you a skilled and versatile Property Maintenance Operative with a keen eye for detail? Do you take pride in maintaining high-end residential and commercial properties to the highest standards? If so, we want you to join our team in the heart of Central London.
We manage a portfolio of high-end residential and commercial properties across Central London, and we’re dedicated to ensuring they remain in impeccable condition. We’re looking for a Property Maintenance Operative to help us maintain and enhance our clients’ properties.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Property Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for various aspects of property maintenance, including but not limited to:
•Plumbing repairs and maintenance
•Painting and decorating
•Removals and relocations
•Fixing and repairing fixtures and fittings
•General property upkeep and repairs
Requirements:
•Three years previous experience essential
•Gas Certified
•Domestic plumbing knowledge
•A full, clean UK driving licence
•Valid UK R2W status
